• Space availability for each grade level.
• Parents/ Guardians will be requested to submit completed “child information form” together with copy of child’s birth certificate, copy of vaccination, two pictures of the student, one picture of the parents/guardian, last progress report from previous school (only required for KG 2 and above registrations), transcripts for grade 10 to 12 students, and Grade 8 Regional Examination results for high school students (If the student was attending lesson abroad, equivalence letter from City Government of Addis Ababa Educational Training Quality Professional Competency and Assurance Authority should be brought.

Entry Level Assessment
Entry-level assessment is required for students to be admitted at all class levels. Assessment should be scheduled following student registration and submission of all required documents. Depending on the grade level, assessment might take from 10 minutes to 60 minutes.
Assessment report will be discussed with school administrators in private and the outcome of the assessment will be disclosed to parents on the same day.
